Shipping Policy
Shipping Information:
- In-Stock Items: Orders for items held at our Penrose store are dispatched via our standard 1–3 working day courier service.
- Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is not currently in stock, it will be dispatched from our store within 1–2 working days.
- Rural Delivery: Please allow an additional 1–3 working days for RD (Rural Delivery) addresses.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or any locations outside of the North Island.
Additional Shipping Details

Packaging: All tyres shipped directly from Overtime Tyres will be wrapped in black shrink wrap. Tyres or mag wheels shipped directly from our suppliers will not be shrink-wrapped.

Handling: Larger or heavier items may require an additional day for carrier pickup.

Supplier Dispatch: Some tyres are shipped from supplier distribution centers; please allow an extra 1–2 days for these orders.

Delivery Tip: Overtime Tyres strongly recommends shipping your order to a workplace address, as this often results in faster delivery.

Operating Hours: Dispatch does not occur outside of standard courier business hours, on weekends, or during public holidays.

Unless otherwise advised, items sent by Overtime Tyres are primarily shipped via Post Haste. You can track your order here:
Larger tyres are shipped with Kiwi Oversize.
If your order is shipped directly from a supplier, you will be notified of the specific carrier.
Pick Up: Overtime Tyres Penrose
Free Pickups: Pickups are available by prior arrangement only, unless you have received a confirmation notice stating that your order is ready for collection.

Saturday: 11:00 am – 4:30 pm
Sunday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm
